Financial Analyst Position Available
We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position located at 12 Strawberry Farm Road, Irvine, CA 92612.
JOB DUTIES:
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on markets and business trends within the restaurant industry to identify potential business development, investment opportunities, and risks.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial statements, market data, and relevant information to evaluate and develop feasibility studies for new restaurant locations.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses, including auditing contracts, orders, proposals, and bids.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the potential business performance of various investment opportunities.
- Decision Support: Communicate complex financial concepts and perform scenario analysis clearly and concisely to facilitate decision-making by the leadership team.
- Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to mitigate regulatory and market risks within the restaurant industry and present pricing strategies and practical solutions to sales and operations leadership.
- Business Improvement: Make recommendations to sustain and improve business administration and profitability; implement methods and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Maintain budgeting systems, analyze statistics, and forecast future business development. Explore alternative methods to increase efficiency, productivity, market share, and profit.
- Corporate Finance Strategy: Administer all financial statements and draft new administrative procedures to enhance corporate finance strategy.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and maintain high-value customer relationships with 24/7 availability.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in in Finance, Economics or related.
COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is USD $67,475--$70,000 per year.
